The Barracuda or Ronnie Ford is an American vigilante that is little known about. He was once in the US Marines until he was presumed dead MIA. Until a vigilante arises who was later discovered to be him. He is not a fan of killing but he is a soldier so he won’t hesitate the Barracuda’s primary enemy is Stitchbird/Shrapnel who has antagonized him since the very beginning of Ronnie’s vigilante career.
